Treasures of Italy: Exhibition


If you’re in the mood for a day of culture head out to the Hubei Provincial Museum in Wuhan from the 24th of February for a stunning exhibition of 500 relics from Italy. If you’ve never had the chance to visit Italy yourself this a great chance to see some of the amazing historical artefacts produced by one of the greatest civilisations in European history. The exhibition is free to enter, and as part of ‘The Intersection of Civilisations’ tour is supported by many renowned museums in Italy.

The display includes statues, busts, jewellery, pottery, and many other artefacts from different periods in Italian history, and in addition provides a lot of interesting information about each item. If you have never visited the Hubei Provincial Museum before it is well worth the trip, and is located on Donghu Road, Wuchang.
